I did buy one new toy, before checking out Craigslist. Jack loves to push "Willie the whale" while he's sitting. He immediately grabs the orange handle and starts pushing it!
I'm so happy I found a Leap Frog activity table off of CL:

I hope to find some other toys and winter clothes at the Tot Swap. Books are always good too! Jack has almost outgrown his jumperoo so I think I'll put a toybox in it's place when the time comes. He's also starting to wear size 18 months clothes! This is making it almost impossible to find him a baby's 1st Halloween or Thanksgiving shirt. It irks me, but I did get him some really cute Halloween shirts that he can wear in October. One of them says, "Eye love my mummy". :)
I also have to mention the wonderful blog award I received from Unexpectedly Expecting Baby. I'm supposed to give the award to 5 blogs in return. I'm really bad at passing these things along, especially since I read so many wonderful blogs. I just felt it deserved mentioning and I really appreciate it! Thanks for reading my little blog!

P has the little leap frog activity table too. I totally agree about not wanting to spend money on toys. Presley grows out of them fast and gets bored with them even faster. We are also going to put away our jumperoo. P barely uses it anymore and it takes up a ton of space. I love the last pic of Jack trying to get the camera, by the way. Oh and congrats on the award. You deserve it, Mama!
That leap frog activity table has saved the day on more than one occasion! LOVE IT.
CL is the best for toys! I use it all the time (we also got both cats from CL to save them from the pound - haha!)

Oh, what great finds on CL! Does your area have a toy lending library? Those can be really great too for getting some variety in play things without buying new stuff all the time.
I'm going to be really sad when we're too big for the Jumparoo. Asher loves it! When that happens I'm not sure how I'll contain him while I pump - right now it's the only thing that keeps him from rolling under the bed while I'm "hooked up." Haha!
I am trying very hard not to be jealous of your CL finds! I have been scouring our local CL for weeks to find an activity table...no such luck yet!
