That's right! We had a 3.6 magnitude earthquake here at 5:04am!! The craziest part is that the center of the earthquake was right in my small town. Jack had woken up and was back asleep before 5. I'm not sure if I had already fallen back asleep or was on the verge, but all of a sudden I felt a weird rumbling. In my half asleep state, I thought I might be dreaming. I actually did ask myself if it could possibly be an earthquake. I also thought there could be a jet flying too close to the house. It was all very weird. And then it was over and I fell asleep without thinking too much of it. It's hard to believe I actually felt an earthquake today! I'll be cutting an article out of the paper for Jack's baby book. Right after baby's first tooth and before first time crawling = baby's first earthquake!
Speaking of teeth, I actually got a couple good pictures of Jack's new ones:
So cute! Jack and I are going to the splash playground tomorrow and Sunday we're going to stay home and play all day. He has started playing with his toys instead of just wanting to eat everything. It's great! I can't wait to spend this time with him. Hope everyone else has a great weekend too!

Haha...kinda weird for an earthquake out that way. I mean I know they happen everywhere but ya weird! Im originally from the desert in california and we used to have them ALL the time! I wouldnt say its something I'm used to though...I still hate earthquakes! lol. But ya a lot of the times there was earthquakes, it was centered in our desert towns in the middle of nowhere...but never did damage like the ones centered in L.a. Kinda cool that you will have an article about it and everything for his book.
His teeth are so cute! Ethan is still cranky as heck but nothing yet :(
My Jack is getting those same two teeth in right now, too! His aren't poking out enough to see very well...but they are sure sharp!
Has your Jack been fussy through his teething at all? Mine is super grumpy, which is very unlike him. I'm hesitant to give him tylenol since he hasn't really had any meds yet...
