Phone Dump Friday

Saturday's art class was all about Mardi Gras. We made a crown, mask, and necklace. Jack loved it!

A few of you asked about our art class and it's through our county and held at a local community center. They offer inexpensive classes throughout the year. There are a limited number of weekend classes and it's hard to snag a spot, but I'm so glad we got into this art class. The swim classes are the hardest to get into and always fill up within a couple hours of registration opening up. We've done 2 before and I'm hoping to enroll Jack for the summer session. It's only $50 for 6 weeks!

Jack's daycare recently expanded and got some new toys. He was being silly wheeling himself around on this wagon/cart. Notice his necklace? He loves wearing it!

Here's Jack reading his big Cars book in the car (and wearing mommy's headband!):

He pointed to something and asked, "What's this, mommy?" I wasn't able to turn around and look so I told him I didn't know. He said, "Just shark." "Oh, it's a shark?" I asked. Then he said, "Maybe it's dolphin." I love witnessing him figure things out and I really love having conversations with him. :)

I had to really think about whether or not it was Friday. Despite it being a short week, I am in desperate need of the weekend! Hope everyone has a great one!
